Em <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/quantocustaviajar.com\/estados-unidos\/nova-york\" target=\"_blank\">Nova York<\/a><\/strong>, o restaurante Enoteca Maria re\u00fane <strong>vov\u00f3s do mundo todo para cozinhar<\/strong> e preparar os pratos dos clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Neto de italiana, o empres\u00e1rio Joe Scaravella perdeu a m\u00e3e e a irm\u00e3 num curto per\u00edodo de tempo e foi acolhido por sua <em>nonna<\/em>, que mandava bem na cozinha. Assim resolveu procurar por donas de casa que estivessem dispostas a fazer comidas regionais em seu restaurante em Staten Island e a ideia foi um sucesso.<\/p>\n<p>Durante os testes, que foram realizados na cozinha da casa de Joe, as senhoras acabaram levando n\u00e3o s\u00f3 suas especialidades como tamb\u00e9m seus maridos e netos, ou seja, j\u00e1 virou uma grande reuni\u00e3o familiar. <strong>Hoje, o restaurante conta com &#8220;chefs-vov\u00f3s&#8221; de 30 pa\u00edses<\/strong>, incluindo It\u00e1lia, Palestina, Rep\u00fablica Checa, <a href=\"https:\/\/quantocustaviajar.com\/blog\/lugares-imperdiveis-para-conhecer-na-argentina\/\">Argentina<\/a>, Nig\u00e9ria e Arg\u00e9lia.
